All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

United Kingdom, Europe, Australia

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nomadcamel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
