Tracking Not Updating?

This is normal during the first few days.

Tracking may show:

  • “Label created”

  • “Waiting for pickup”

  • “In transit”

  • “Origin post preparing shipment”

This does not mean your package is lost — it simply means the carrier has not scanned it yet.

Canada & USA: 7–15 business days UK, Europe, Australia: 7–20 business days Rest of World: 10–25 business days
