Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days to arrive in Canada. Because we work with international fulfillment partners to keep prices low, transit times can run longer than a typical domestic Canadian retailer — especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping cost
Flat rate shipping across Canada, with free shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Delays
Occasionally shipments are delayed by customs processing, weather, or high order volume. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll look into it.
