Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to love your NomadCamel pillow. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it under the following terms.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition for returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
How to start a return
Email nomadcamel@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Email nomadcamel@outlook.com to arrange one.
